Technical Customer Success Engineer
A growing startup in the healthcare space is seeking a Senior Technical Customer Success Engineer to join their team. This person will be responsible for assisting their customers with their needs on their platform, writing and running queries, and interpreting their platform’s data for the customers. They are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, and someone who can talk to both technical and non-technical individuals.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging web-based applications
- Fluent in SQL
- Strong Linux/Unix experience

- Prior experience working in healthcare/insurance industry
- Strong communication experience
- Prior experience working with high volume
What You Will Be Doing
- 70% SQL queries
- 30% Web based applications
- 100% Hands On
- Competitive Salary: Up to $120K/year, DOE
