Help Desk Manager

A Cambridge based Software company is urgently looking for a Help desk supervisor to help manage a team of 12 front line Care members. This role is a short-term contract and is perfect for anyone whose looking to bolster their resume with Leadership experience! This position can pay up to 50/hr and is looking to start as soon as August 29th!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Time card approvals
  • Monitoring attendance
  • Coordinating Scheduling and approving time off for team members
  • Reviewing customer cases with reps making sure cases are being moved along and resolved in a timely manor
  • Monitoring workloads and making sure distribution of cases remains consistent
  • Daily check in with team members to answer any escalation issues they may have with cases
  • Report a rollup of overall team’s production as well as any issues that may arise to our Customer Care leader
  • Work with other departments on scheduling meetings to introduce and roll out new product functionality
  • Partner with multiple business units in order to address customer needs.  This includes but is not limited to Operation, Business Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Product Development
  • Make sure release and holiday schedules have been staffed with the appropriate members of the team as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Technical leadership experience 
  • Great communication 
  • Experience scheduling and organizing a team
