Level II Support Engineer

An award-winning managed service provider is hiring a client-facing Support Engineer to travel to local client sites and provide support covering both Windows and Cisco services. To be successful in the role, you should have a prior customer-facing and support role (both in-person and remote) and want to continue to work with customers. You should also feel very comfortable with Windows Desktop 7-10, Active Directory, Office 365, and some Cisco route/switch exposure. Since this is a smaller company, a collaborative mindset and will be recognized for your work ethic and performance to enable quick growth in the company.

  • Previous MSP or Client-Facing experience

Desired Skills & Experience

  • BS Degree
  • Updated Certifications
  • Cisco Routers and Switches
  • Windows Servers up to 2016
  • VMware/Citrix

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

  • 50% End User Support
  • 50% Desktop Configuration/Support

Daily Responsibilities

  • 100% Hands On
