Level 2 Help Desk Engineer

One of the area’s leading providers of cloud hosting & IT services that focuses on drastically improving the efficiency of small and mid-sized businesses is growing rapidly and looking for a Level 2 Help Desk Engineer in King of Prussia, PA. This is a full-time position with a recognized partner of VMWare and Citrix in the tri-state area. They are looking to pay $40,000-$55,000 for the right candidate.

My client is looking to add someone to their team that has strong experience with Windows, Office 365 and Exchange. The ideal candidate will also have experience with VMWare and Citrix as well as Cisco routers and switches. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills, as it is customer service oriented. Any previous managed service provider or cloud experience is a plus. What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

  • 25% Remote support
  • 25% Resetting passwords
  • 25% Setting up printers
  • 25% Escalation issues
