System Administrator

A Non-Profit that backs the 3 biggest hospitals in Boston just opened a brand-new office North of the city and are looking to build out a team. They are looking for a System Administrator on a 3 – Month long contract basis to help with the ticket que.

Join an excellent team environment – every Thursday this team goes to Happy Hour to celebrate on the house, just for appreciation for all employees. Strong candidates will have experience in Outlook and Office365.  

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2 - 4 Years’ experience in Microsoft Outlook and troubleshooting tickets in it
  • Experience with Office 365, supporting it and using the suite of tools in it and experience with Exchange administration too
  • Using Add ins/Plug ins within Outlook
  • Have a background in an enterprise environment with a large ticket que
  • Experience with providing end user support to customers preferably in Healthcare
  • Customer service experience
  • Providing knowledge of Email archiving, creating new user accounts and setting up mailboxes

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
  • Good communication
  • Hard working
  • Willingness to learn

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support of email functionality on Outlook 2016, involving email archiving, creating and processing new employee mailbox accounts and new email addresses
  • Provide end user support for Outlook functionality such as issues with performance, Out of Office settings, search functionality, mailbox cleanup and data restores
  • 50% Handling Outlook ticket que
  • 40% Troubleshooting Outlook
  • 10% Internal IT
