IT Help Desk Analyst

A leading education provider in Watertown, MA is looking for an IT Help Desk Analyst to provide client support and desktop assistance to their offices. You will work with other departments within the company to help with specific IT needs, and provide training for different technologies. There are many new projects and technologies that are being implemented, which will allow for a great learning environment.

If you’re a motivated, entry-level engineer, this is a great opportunity for you to grow your career!

Required Skills & Experience

·         2+ years in a technical support role OR administration in a Windows Environment

·         Strong technical skills with Microsoft Windows (all versions)

·         Experience with Microsoft Office Suite 2007, 2010, and 2013

·         Troubleshooting skills with printers/scanners/mobile devices

·         Experience with TCP/IP

Desired Skills & Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

·         Exposure to Active Directory or LDAP

·         VOIP experience

·         SQL development experience
