Once a quarter, Jobspring New York holds a "High Performance Dinner", which happened to take place last night.
There are several different metrics that our recruiters use as guidelines throughout the quarter to measure their success; at the end of the quarter, the recruiters that excelled most from each category are invited to attend a delicious dinner put on by Sloane Barbour, our Division Manager, and Drew Sussberg, our Regional Director.
A special congratulations goes to Emily Kraus, recruiter for the Open Source Development team, and Adam Canton, recruiter for the Microsoft Web Development team for receiving an invitation for this fabulous meal!
This quarter's celebration looked particularly delicious! Check it out below:
Great work this quarter everyone! Keep up the hard work!
With an office of about 20 recruiters you would think that matching outfits wouldn’t occur very often but that’s not the case in Boston.
Aside from the traditional blue and white dress shirts, we’ve recently seen purple, yellow and most recently, “mint chocolate chip”.
Brad and Tyler, both of the Network Infrastructure Team in "mellow yellow".
We always try to get a picture of the group.
Kendall, Zak and TJ were nicknamed "mint chocolate chip" for their mint green shirts and dark pants.
You can always hear “twinsies” throughout the day, based on a recent viral video.
All of the women in the office are fond of a local brand, expect more matching outfits in the future!
This morning our Jobspring New York office started the morning off right with a district wide meeting, where Sloane Barbour gave a motivational presentation on the importance of delivering our job-seekers and clients with a true Jobspring Partners experience.
In order to create a positive recruiting experience, we ensure our recruiters are trained to consistently be professional, personable, and persistent.
Have any suggestions on how we can improve the Jobspring Partners experience?

Today at Jobspring Orange County we surprised Brandon Brooks with a new dress shirt from Brooks Brothers! Brandon has been with the company for 18 months and managed to keep his birthday very hush hush. Luckily we remembered in time and were able to celebrate with him.
There are 3 other birthdays in offices around the country being celebrated today! Brianna Holladay in San Francisco, Robert Stolle in Los Angeles, and the President of our sister company, Seven Step Recruiting, Paul Harty in Boston!
