You should have:
-advanced experience writing in HTML, CSS, Javascript
-the ability to integrate new code into a JAVA and PHP environment
-exposure to Photoshop and the ability to do some slicing and image optimization
You should be:
-educated (4 year degree + is preferred)
-4+ years of experience
-energetic, enthusiastic, and interested in technology
-a high performer
-able to communicate with many different types of people
